Exponential IT Solutions was stablished in 1998 and has delivered numerous software projects on behalf of customers over the years spanning various areas including:
- hedge fund performance tracking,
- business consulting support tool,
- loan administration,
- budget consolidation and reporting,
- etc.
Focus has shifted to developing our own software product, namely Exponuity, which is a comprehensive governance, risk and compliance solution enabling organisations to better achieve their compliance goals and reduce risk of non-conformance.
In addition, and in support of the Exponuity product, we provide consulting services to SMEs in the areas of:
- governance, risk and compliance,
- information security,
- IT architecture,
- etc.

Michael Caldwell
Chief of Everything
Michael has 30+ years of technology experience including solution design, architecture, infrastructure management, information security and risk management, supported by financial and accounting literacy, auditing and control concepts, and general business management at executive director level.
Nicola Caldwell
Marketing
Nicola works for Exponential on a part time basis. She assists with marketing, content creation, and product testing.
James Caldwell
Legal, Finance and IT Support
James is currently completing a BAccLLB at Stellenbosch University and works part time for Exponential. He assists with billing and financial accounting, product testing, and is a key backup for our IT support and continuity.
